Mr. Mahendra Sherchan is the very presonification of success and his determination to achieve his goals is the hallmark of his achievement as a business man.Working tirelessly towards the development of manpower export from Nepal, he believes that the manpower and human resource export industry has been the backbone of this country. He established Sher International Employment Agency Nepal Pvt. Ltd. on April 23, 1991 under his chairmanship and has not looked back since. He is also the 'Founder Chairman' of the 'Nepal Foreign Employment Agencies Association' and the first person from the private sector to be nominated as export member to the advisory committee of labour ministry constituted pursuant to section 22 of the foreign employment act for two years on January 1985. He established the 'Nepal Chamber of Foreign Employment Agencies' under his presidency along with other manpower business houses for the development of the business. He has received several awards for his contribution towards the development of manpower sector in Nepal.

With his hard work and entrepreneurship skill, he has also established other organization under his chairmanship.

Sher International has been successfully exporting products like pashmina shawls, handicrafts and carpets from Nepal to the rest of the world.

SNMC is a medical centre focussed to perform medical examination for people going abroad to work. It has the authorization to conduct medical examination under the approved panel of "Executive Board of the Health Ministers' Council for G. C. C. States" for people going to work in G. C. C. states from Nepal.

Utsarga Publication Pvt. Ltd.

Utsarga Publication publishes the National Daily Newspaper "Rajdhani" in Nepali language.
